Where do Superstar Components deliver?

We deliver to most locations worldwide, however due to shipping and  product insurance issues we cannot currently ship to the USA, Russia and the Ukraine. For countries outside the UK we ship all items via DPD courier to prevent losses and to ensure your purchases get to you safely. 

Which delivery services are offered for my location?

UK

Shipping times below apply from time of despatch. We aim to pack all orders sameday, but in busy periods there may be a short delay as we pack in date order to be fair to all customers.

Small items (eg. brake pads, headsets) are delivered by Royal Mail First Class service which under normal conditions takes 24-48 hours and may require a signature on arrival. Areas classified by postcode as Highlands and islands will typically incur higher costs than mainland areas.

Large and heavy items (eg. wheelsets, rims, handlebars) and higher priced orders are delivered by DPD 24 hour courier service and a signature will be required on delivery. If you won't be in to collect your delivery you can have it delivered to a DPD Collection Point (1000's nationwide) where you can collect it at a time which is convenient.

Europe

All items are delivered by DPD courier service which typically takes 3 to 7 days and a signature will be required on delivery. If you won't be in to collect your delivery you can have it delivered to a DPD Collection Point (1000's nationwide) where you can collect it at a time which is convenient.

Currently due to EU customs rules there is a minimum order value of £150, orders below this will not be accepted.

As the UK is no longer in the EU free market there are customs and taxes to be paid on arrival by your countries tax authorities. We remove the UK VAT in the cart, you will be charged by YOUR country for VAT and other fees/duties. This is entirely out of our hands and we cannot advise on costs, you need to contact your countries tax authority for advice.

Rest of the World

All items are shipped by DPD courier service which typically takes 3 to 5 days depending on location and a signature will be required on delivery. If you won't be in to collect your delivery you can have it delivered to a DPD Collection Point (where available) where you can collect it at a time which is convenient.

What are the delivery charges for my location?

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically for your delivery at checkout using the delivery zone table. In the rare occasion where the actual cost of shipping is excessive we will notify you before shipping of any excess costs.

Unfortunately courier shipping so remote locations is very expensive and our pricing reflects what we are charged.
