The Titan 3D seatclamp range has been designed to ooze quality to upgrade from the usual cheap stamped seatclamps which come on bikes normally. Ultra high tech Laser sintering 3D Metal Printing manufacturing process, then ground and finished in our machine shop in a huge range of fitments. Finished is a combination of printed surface contrasting with ground metal with the option of luxurious Electro anodising to match your look. Subtle engraved logo for the ultimate in stealth classy looks. Fitted with a 6Al4V Titanium Forged bolt and 6Al4V Titanium balance nut. No expense has been spared on this work of art.

Bronze/Blue/Purple/Chaos are made to order. Lead-time 2-3 weeks. Custom sizes are available on application, please email with the size you require.

A bit of a passion project to make a really cool and unique product with the latest manufacturing technology. Sure you could use generic boring aluminium but you physically couldn’t make this geometry. It’s a testbed for a range of products and manufacturing techniques to make printed titanium a viable option for mass production of high tech cycle parts in the U.K. in future.

Everything is 6Al4V because we can and let’s face it, it makes it special. Most are natural titanium with a brushed finish to contrast the matt texture of the print. Subtle laser engraved colour logos and a physical vapour deposition Diamond Like Carbon finish bolt.

NOTE: The size is the external diameter of the seat-tube on the frame, not the diameter of your seatpost.

38.1 will fit upto 38.6 due to the size of the clamp, so fits a range of frames in this size. 39.7 will probably go upto 40.5

I used superstar components in a recent rebuild of an old hardtail, this time I just wanted something understated to look classy on my single speed so a grey titanium seat clamp seemed to be ideal. Nicely made, looks good I think, very pleased.
