I bought these on the back of good reviews (on this site and else where). Unfortunately, these pads aren't for me, they just don't work well in my Hope V2's. I buy these sintered pads in bulk as i run a downhill bike center in Tignes, in the french alps. i will go through a set roughly every 2 weeks, with the bikes getting used all day everyday.. this does depend on the rider - weight and weather or not they know how to use their brakes correctly. you must bed them in properly or they will melt like butter. have used them on hope m4's, mono m4

Used these pads on NorCal trails for the past 6 months in XT calipers. Haven't experienced any of the wear issues other have mentioned - just quiet, well modulated braking. Don't quite have the power of sintered pads, but definitely better than resin and much quieter in wet and dry conditions.

fitted to my kona bass with a full bleed in 45 mins front and rear brakes feel tons better and have more stopping power than on standard hoses brilliant stuff again another set is getting ordered for my stinky primo for deffinate. and i would like to add your turn around is spot on!!

bought 2 of these clamps one in black and one in red for my kona bass and stinky primo as i was sick of the link plates on the stinky catching the stock one brilliant quality and service again from superstar and despite what another review says they both came with stainless bolts.

This thing is NIIIICE! Got mine today after ordering yesterday (thanks). Fitted it in only a few minutes. Very good quality, a bargain for the price when compared with others. 4 days of hard running in Morzine and Les Gets in the French Alps. These pads performed flawlessly. They are now pretty much worn out whereas my Kevlar ones, which are on my trail bike, do last much longer. Felt the feel was a little better through the organics and very good for the heat generated on the Alps long downhill runs where you are on the hill for 7 hours a day. For those who are wearing
