Just completed the 2009 Strathpuffer 24 hour race (team) in rain, gales, snow and mud. Stocked up on these sintered pads due to rumours about needing loads of spares. Pleasantly surprised to report that these pads lasted about 50 miles in the grit-stone mud and still had more left.....well recommended and glad i didnt need to change any pads in the blizzards!
