EVO Grips - Excel
Description
New for 2021 by popular request, a complete refresh of our grip range.
We have moved to a single lockring design to give more real estate for
your hands while pulling rad moves. Lighter, slicker and alround
tastier, at the usual nice superstar price.
An extra wide 150mm grip, with double depth tread for bigger hands. Super soft and grippy, for additional support.
These grips are supplied with black lock rings and have hard plastic ends moulded under the rubber to prevent impaling while giving grip right to the tip. Built in relief to the core gives a closer feel to the bar with a more comfortable feeling.
The range cover most tastes:
- Grinder - super grippy mid size grip
- Zero - Ultra narrow long grip
- EXCEL - Ultra fat long grip
- Half Flange - Flanged cushy mushroom grip

Ultra lightweight components suitable for cross country racing only.

Bought 3 sets as I can't rely on being able to buy these again in the future. They are not quite as good as the old Excel grips but much better than not doing this size at all. The end without the clamp moves a bit more than the old double clamp grips and it's now impossible to get the superstar logo's on the grips to be the same way round on both sides of the bar. why not buy full set then spare grips the collars last forever if looked after. save money buy spare grips no brainer. -

Love them, they really feel meaty under the hand and don't slip about. As they are a deep pattern it takes a while to wear through the grip, i would recommend rotating them from time to time to elongate the wear. -
