Description
New range of high quality headsets manufactured in the UK by Superstar's in house manufacturing facility in Lincoln. Manufactured to the highest tolerances these headsets are a perfect fit and forget multi-sealed replacement for the cheap and nasty product normally fitted to complete bikes to keep manufacturing costs down.
Choose from our comprehensive range of fitments and colours to customise your unique headset. Fully sealed cartridge bearings and custom made NBR wiper seals keep out the dirt and water, giving you a long lifespan in the worst conditions. An innovative retained compression ring and aluminium split crown race makes assembly easy.
Precision CNC machined from 6082 T6 heat treated aluminium in the UK with diamond tipped tools for a lush shine and super tight tolerances. Pick and mix to suit your frame.
- Top Set - includes Top cup, top cover, compression ring, sealed bearing, topcap, starfangled nut and stainless steel bolt.
- Bottom Set - include Bottom cup, sealed bearing and split crownrace

Tech Specs
- Stack measurements include top cover or crown race.
- Note that some manufacturers list cup only to make them appear shorter than they are.
- Angle headsets are the mid stack height and will vary by a mm or so depending on angle.
- All top cups use our Type 1 bearing. All straight steerer forks/cups will use a Type 1 bottom bearing. All tapered forks/cups will use our Type 2 bearing.
- Our headsets are highly sealed with custom moulded wiper seal, this adds approximately 2mm over unsealed headsets but we feel this is essential to long service life.

We manufacture all our headsets inhouse in our UK CNC machine shop in Lincoln. Heres a little video of the topcovers being machined on our barfed Doosan Lynx Lathe. By using a high tech dual spindle machine we can make finished parts in one hit, and then run the machine 24/7 to get high quality with great prices direct to you the customer.

Really pleased with the ZS56/ZS44 I bought. Equal quality to Hope at a third of the price. Speaking of, some people say these are tight but felt same to me as pressing in a hope ZS headset. Put the cups in the freezer night before if you've got a known tight frame maybe. -
Nice Kit, Great Price

Purchased a ZS44 headset in blue. Was going to go for an FSA headset but had previously purchased an out front mount from Superstar, and so decided to give one of their headsets a try. Apart from a slightly different stack height, which was going to be the case, the headset pressed in well, albeit a little tight, but tighter equals less wobble room. Top components. Great stuff! -
Excellent Quality And Great Value

These headsets are excellent value, substantially cheaper that other large bran names but offer excellent quality. One thing to note though is they are a very tight fit, definitely tighter than the ones that they replaced, although i didn't find this to be a massive issue. -

quality headset but very tight on my Genesis equilibrium frameset. i used a proper headset press but getting the cups centred and started was very tricky. if i could suggest putting bit more of a chamfer on the leading edge would make installation a bit easier. other than that all good and the split crown race is a great idea. -
