As first review states, you will need the Hope tool to fit (1/4" sockets will not fit). The axles themselves are perfect !

I was sure my ancient Ultramags were ruined when the old bearings died so ordered these on the offchance I could resurrect them. So happy I did, they spin like new now!

8Mm Still Too Long

8mm is still too long for me, I had BMX pedals with shorther pins. Those ones are really damaging deep my leg when I have a back pedal.

Hope Axle Upgrade

Got my axles today and boy are they Good!i got the ceramic coated ones and fitted them in minutes,they have made good pedals great.Be warned though you need the hope pedal tool or you will never get the 5mm nut undone!
