i've run these rotors on my bike for a season; they're still in brilliant working condition but since i use them for trials i replace them for my own peace of mind. my braking needs are very different to everyone elses on here but that doesn't stop me from being critical about these rotors; i need my brakes to work like an on/off switch, modulation is far less critical. That said they delighte

Great product I have been using these for years now (approx. 3). Better wear rate than stock shimanos and cheaper too. Run them on all my bikes, 4 discs and not one problem. 1 bike with 1000km all off road 1 bike with 4000km on and off road still on original sets

Has a high or low spot on the braking surface which causes the brake to snatch. Should have kept to Avid!!

Check thickness before fitting. Disc measured 0.15mm thicker than Avid standard. Caused rubbing. Might be ok on other brands but not Avid. Superstar Edit - This is incorrect, they are surface ground to the standard 2mm most brake manufacturers use including avid. If your pads rub you need to push back your pistons and bleed/service your brakes.
