How to Return an Item
We recommend that you contact us by email first at email@example.com as in many cases we can help without a return.
Please be honest, we want to help you but we need all the facts to fully understand your problem and solve it.
You must use the returns form which you can find here for all returns, and fill out all details requested. Items received without returns forms, or with incomplete returns forms may be refused.
Please read the postage refund guidelines carefully and include all required details and receipts on your returns form. We cannot process postage refunds retrospectively.
Please ensure your item is safely packaged, it is your responsibility until it arrives at our premises.
If you wish to return a non-faulty item, it must be in an "as new and resalable condition".
