How do I contact Superstar Components?

You can contact Superstar Components by email at contact@superstarcomponents.com. If you are contacting us about an order you have already placed, please include the order number in any correspondence as this will help us to solve your problem more quickly. You can find your order number in your account history online.

How do I access my order history?

To access your order history please sign in to the website with the account you used to place the order. Once you are logged in, visit the ‘My Account' page where you will find on the left navigation menu a link to ‘My Orders'. Here you will find your order history.

When will my question be answered?

We aim to respond to all queries as quickly and as thoroughly as possible, and we aim to reply to all emails within 1 working day. Please do not send duplicate emails as this will delay our response. If you require an answer more quickly, please consult our frequently asked questions to see if the information you require is listed. 

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours (including customer services) are:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 17:00 GMT
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
UK Bank and National Holidays: Closed

Can I phone you and speak to a real person?

The quickest and most efficient way to contact us is by email. To focus on replying to everyone as fast as possible we will no longer be offering a phone service.

Can I visit to browse/buy in person?

We currently do not have showroom facilities as we are focused on manufacturing and mail order, but if you are passing or local to the area you are welcome to collect your order in person if you prefer.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

We take all complaints very seriously and any issues you experience will be thoroughly investigated. If you would like to make a complaint for any reason please email us at contact@superstarcomponents.com, noting your email is for the attention of the complaints department.
